The SustainWine educational programme was structured around 5 key topics: Ecological infrastructures; Ecosystem services; Soil conservation; Sustainable plant protection methods; and Genetic variability. The main goal was to promote and energise the biggest good practices in biodiversity conservation, which have already been adopted by several wine producers nationwide.
