Sustainable production methods
The main challenges of the strategic guideline Sustainable Production Methods are to collect and systematise information about the vine, to support the viticulture and winery activities, in order to maximize the use of natural resources and reduce the impact on the environment.
The planned actions in the context of this working line include I&D activities and collaboration in the development of an advertising platform in cooperation with various national and international partners.
