Phenobot - Intelligent Photonics for Agri-Food Crop Phenotyping

The purpose of PhenoBot is the implementation of a decision support system based on the plant's physiological response, using 'Metbots' technology. This robotic platform will be complemented by a new device for monitoring volatile metabolites 'in-vivo' and 'in-situ'.

Focussing on product engineering and development, PhenoBot will enable SMEs in the viticulture and fruit-growing sector to use the world's most advanced methods for diagnosing, controlling and managing productivity in precision agriculture, adapted to the new realities of plant biotechnology solutions as a scientific and technological response to the complex challenges of sustainability and climate change.
